ShadeTally terms of service

Effective 2026-11-03. By installing or using ShadeTally you agree to these terms with Level 8 LLC ("we").

The service

ShadeTally is a Google Sheets™ add-on that sums, counts and averages cells by color. The free plan is provided as is. ShadeTally Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks AVERAGE/MIN/MAX, the all-colors overview, per-row and per-column formulas and refresh.

Subscriptions, trials and refunds

• Pro costs $6/mo or $49/yr, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled.
• New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
• Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing level8realestate@gmail.com. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
• If ShadeTally doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund.

Accuracy

Google Sheets™ does not recalculate formulas when only a color changes. Results can be stale until you refresh. Colors from conditional formatting are not counted in this version. You remain responsible for checking results and any decisions based on them.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the license service, share license tokens or use ShadeTally to break the law or Google's terms.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use means you accept the update.
