ShadeTally cannot open your other files, your Google Drive™, Gmail™ or Google Calendar™.
Cell values and colors are processed by Google Apps Script™ inside your spreadsheet. They are not transmitted to, stored on or logged by our servers, and we never sell, share or use them for advertising or to train AI models. A signed license token is saved in the spreadsheet's add-on properties so Pro formulas work; it contains your email, plan and an expiry date.
ShadeTally's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
License records are kept while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for tax and accounting records. Email level8realestate@gmail.com to have your record deleted sooner. Uninstalling the add-on stops all access to your spreadsheets immediately.
